Dashes are one of our specialty products.  Universal Upholstery receive many enquires on sun damaged and cracked dashes.


The process to repair dashes is to fill and smooth the dash surface, and then to apply a new vinyl skin.  This vinyl is automotive UV grade to ensure longevity of the repaired dash panels.


Typically, the dash will need to be removed from the vehicle prior to commencing work.  Customers usually choose to complete this themselves to reduce the cost of the job, and we are happy for this to occur.
